Insurance is probably screwed now. The other accident wasn't reported to the insurance. But they totaled the ram and are going to be paying out so I cant imagine they are planning on not jacking my rates.

i didn't take any pics was to pissed off at the time to think i had wrecked the truck. Basically I was trying to text this chick late at nite after she had headed home and I was driving down a back road and the road narrows well i had just leaned over to grab my phone i slightly jerked the wheel side swiped a fence, cut the wheel back and hit a telephone pole on the opposite side of the road. So it was a ****ty nite and that was just the beginning.

You know there is a BAN on ALL handheld communication devices in Maryland for a reason right??? It even extends to Non-MD residents. DumbA$$. Please head to the nearest MVA and turn in your license. They really should make common sense a requirement for licensing, especially in MD. It would make my commute into Baltimore a lot easier. I know too many people that have been affected by someone who had to send that last F'N text. Injuries, death's, total vehicle loss. Luckily it's only your truck and your pride that got hurt, and not someone else.
On a side note, they should bring back yearly safety inspections in Maryland as well, then there may have been a chance that you would have had decent tires for the first round.
