C'mon HeyYou, I'm sure you knew about this with your grand knowledge. The typical replacements are all $380+ (i.e., solid steel).

Yes it's adjustable and completely eliminates the stock joint. I didn't want to replace the same type of joint only to have to replace every year given that I will be hitting the trails with it. If I was strictly street driving, then the $140 Moog would have been just fine, which is mostly like what you are referring to.

Ball Joint and Drag Link @ Pitman Removal Tips?
I'm having a heck of a time getting these out. I have a BJ remover.
Lower BJ
Upper BJ
Anything particular about these? I have noticed a difference with other years that mine point down, while other point up.
Also a heck of a time getting the drag link end out of the pitman arm. Slammed it with 3lb sledge like the others, but it won't cry uncle. Pitman arm puller isn't grabbing very well. But I did just go get a piece plate steel to help with surface area.
Thanks for any input.

hmmm, ok. Well was doing the lower one wrong. Found the video (duh) that explained the direction to push it down as opposed to up.
For the upper one though I was doing it correctly. However, only the stud came out. The casing remains in the yoke. Am I up a creek here?

Can't say the same for the lower one though. I have to get some borrowed muscle.
