Default random lights on

So I just got back from camping. Everything has been great lately.. I unhook trailer and pull away, and my brake and and light on dash come on.

Did I maybe short something with trailer wiring? Brakes seem to be fine, and did good why whole trip.

What other light was it? Check the trailer wiring harness to see if any wires are bent/cracked/exposed. Get a friend and have them work the brake pedal and check the trailer connector for power to brake lights w/ a test light. Make sure you have taillights and brake lights on the truck itself. Check the brake fluid level. Check the emergency brake pedal and switch.

Abs, sorry auto correct... Brake light and Abs light. Tail lights and brake lights on truck and trailer work fine.

It's just the 2 on the dash cluster. Abs with circle around it, and brake light as if the park brake was on.

Do you have rear wheel anti-lock, or four wheel anti-lock?

See if you have a wire running to each hub bearing on the front axle.

Also get one of these, http://www.dodge.com/wccsapp/univers...ull&category=U

No wires running to front hubs, and the fuse panel in cab says rwal. Fuse is good, and 40 amp one under hood is good too.

More than likely the sensor in the rear diff then. Common failure.

Easy way to test it? Or just buy and see if it works?

And what causes it to fail out of no where?

What's the sensor called? So the smartys at autozone can find it.

Thanks!
