Wow, start off with some punctuation and grammar. Then check all the cables on the battery and especially the positive running down to the starter. Then bring it to autozone or where ever and let them check the charging system.

So you checked all the connections and removed the starter to have it checked out right?

Just because you don't see anything, doesn't mean there is not a bad connection. You need to remove the wires/connections and clean them all. Then reconnect.

Would it be wise to just replace the wiring? My truck has 150,000 miles on it.

Wise maybe to replace, but a lot cheaper to clean them first.

"Wow, start off with some punctuation and grammar".

I find it odd that punctation and grammar could keep a truck from starting, but I guess I've seen stranger things ....

Hey, regardless of what the boys down at Autozone think, it sounds very much like your starter is bad; specifically, the solenoid drive. The symptoms fit that perfectly.

Sometimes a starter can seem OK when you hit it with 12 volts on a bench, but not get the job done when it's in the vehicle.

I'm lucky to have a father-and-son auto electric shop 1/4 mile away from my shop that does nothing but rebuild starters and alternators in-house. They test my stuff, and even let me take a starter, alternator or battery if we're not positive what's defective, and bring back whatever I don't need. If Autozone won't do that for you, try to find someone who will.

Good luck, and please let me know if it was in fact the starter.
