Are they the same flow rate as stock? Can you link to an example?

As said...What size?

Anything bigger than stock on even a fairly modded motor and you are going to pig rich, even stock injectors are rich.

It's hard to over TB or exhaust these Magnum motors, but the injectors are another mater....The 5.9 in my Dakota Drag truck has every mod known to man kind except a 408, it's pig rich on 24's.

EDIT: There's no way to tune these things unless you get a SCT with custom tunes and can data log you AF etc, then email the info to your tuner, he adjusts the tune and sends it back, rinse repeat....Not worth the effort unless you have a lotta mods and are looking for track times...

If you got the bosch 24# injectors, you will run so rich that a wideband AFR gauge will get pinned rich. Sean (Hemifever) gave me a SCT tune when I told him it was reading 10:1 and when I got the tune to trim the fuel, it was still at 10:1 at WOT.

He had to trim the fuel by about 15%.

SO, you need to buy a wideband AFR gauge, drill a hole in your exhaust (close to flange) and have a nut welded on so you can see your real time AFR reading at WOT. Then you will need to buy a SCT from Hemifever and pay an extra 100 for custom tuning.
SO, what you need to shell out:
Wideband AFR gauge: Cheapest place for one, 188.99 dollars
http://teamc.com/i-5047337-auto-mete...ratio-kit.html

SCT tuner, with custom tuning: 356.00
http://www.hemifevertuning.com/Produ...e=SCT-Custom-1

So that makes for $553. More if you need to pay someone to weld the nut on the exhaust.

If you paid more than 180 for those injectors, then you overpaid. Injectors are not really needed unless you have heads/cam or you are running forced induction. Injectors are not worth it unless you have serious mods. That is about $850 to have relatively no HP gain.

I know about tuning for injectors because I have bosch 24# injectors.

HOWEVER, if they are stock injectors, then you are fine the way they are.

I do have the #24 injectors. My old injectors were shot and I was told that there injectors would increase MPG and add a little horsepower but whith what you guys say it probably isn't worth the 600 to get it tuned.

Yup, the cons far outweigh the pros when going with larger injectors on a pretty much stock motor.

No were saying if you run the 24s, you have to get it tuned or you are going to lose MPG and power....

Or just get some stock injectors, call it good and sell the 24s.
