unless im looking at it wrong, all the 16x8 have 4.5 backspacing

The problem may be the 8" . I'm pretty sure 1500's have 7" . Some 2500's have 8" .

Upon further review. 1500's do come with 16x7's and have 5" backspacing along with a a D44 front axle. 2500's have 16x8's and a D60. And depending on what wheel used(steel or alum.) up to 6.25 backspacing. Here is some info that nay be helpful.
