Default more problems... brakes this time

ok so i had a caliper that was hanging up. caused me to pull left whenever driving and when the clutch was pushed in it would stop me by itself. so i replaced both calipers, pads, and rotors and it still hung up on the drivers side... so i bought a hose and put it on... its a little better, doesnt pull to the left, but i can hear it whenever im moving and feel it dragging at lower speeds. what else could be causing this to happen?

thanks for the input

jesse

Were the new calipers loaded (new bolts and sleeves)? I copied this from the sm.

Metering Valve
Metering valve operation can be checked visually
and with the aid of a helper. Observe the metering
valve stem while a helper applies and releases the
brakes. If the valve is operating correctly, the stem
will extend slightly when the brakes are applied and
retract when the brakes are released. I f the valve is
faulty, replace the entire combination valve as an

assembly.

It should be just below the master cyld, it's also called a brake proportioning valve. I am trying to find an illustration for you.

It's doing this when you don't even have your foot on the brake?

Jack up the front of the truck. Spin the wheels. See how they feel.

Step hard on the brakes.

Repeat step one. If either/both are sticking, crack open the bleeder valve. If that unsticks it, you still have a bad hose/line somewhere.
