Here are hte pics:

MOUNTING

Inside front frame right by bumper. There was a little divit and it fit in there like a glove. I used 5/16 self threading screws and a pneumatic drill to get them in. Used a rachet to get them all the way in.

T-Fitting
My truck had it already spliced from the factory with a fitting in there. Thought it might have been a valve, but it wasn't. The T-fitting is supposed to be facing the unit, so that is why mine is facing towards the front of the truck.

does the heated water go back it the heater core or back into the motor?

To the core (on the left) and to the motor (on the right). It said that the fitting was supposed to face the unit. But the water goes from the ehater core to the motor, so I don;t know what the big deal would be.

so your water comes out of the block drain into the heater then back into the motor not the heater core right? That is how mine is

BTW, I used a 9/16 impact to get the drain plug off. Took some doing to get it in there to get it out, but I had just enough room. Came off without a sweat

NORTHERN TOOL!!!

They were having a preseason heater sale. Got two of them for 36 bucks each.
