sorry, i took it as a bit of an insult, and ive been having a terrible day..

 

on my 01 there was a pink wire and an orange wire that my alarm was spliced into. i just removed the whole alarm system because it malfunctioned. just figure out which color goes to what and youre set!

 

I installed my own alarm by Alert Security or something. If its anything like mine, I wired mine in the door harness for the locks. I believe www.alertautomotive.com might help. They have a wiring diagram page that's vehicle specific, and names which wires and where they are located. I wired mine up by using that diagram. Its been over a year since I've installed mine so im a little lost on how I wired it...
