Default Tire size vs axle ratio question

I am trying to figure out this whole rear axle ratio vs tire size thing so I dont put on tires that will mess with my trucks mechanics. so does anyone know what the optimum tire size for a 3.9 axle ratio is on a 2wd? I was planning on 33's

265.
lol
33's it is better to have 4.10's but there really isn't a huge difference from 3.92's to 4.10's with 33's.
4.56's would give more "power" with 33's though.

Depends on how you plan on using the truck.

Numerically higher is usally better for around the town and low average speed. And lower numerically is usually better for highway or high average speed, simply put. There are others than can elaborate more on the subject better for specific aplictions

currently the truck is only being used as a daily driver. I was also wondering if adding 35's instead would put a noticable amount of extra strain on a lower ratio than the 33's would, im not too familiar with the power of the different ratios so I was hoping people could shed some light, lol

yea I thought there probably would be, I just thought that since the ratio was meant for hauling that maybe no load and beefy tires would workout somehow, aha

I don't know exactly how accurate this is, but I imagine its pretty solid.
