Default P codes

Put a reader on my 01 5.9 ram 1500, came up with 4 codes. P0141 o2 sens relay, P0138 1/2 shroted to voltage, P0132 1/1 shorted to voltage, P0463 1/3 stay at center.
Are the first 3 due to the fact the o2 relay is bad and the sensors not getting read?
P0146 stay at center, the fuel gauge is not working, but why a "stay at center?"

How many O2 sensors do you have??

Stay at center means voltage is right around .5 volt, and staying there. Under normal conditions, voltage will vary from .1 to .9 volts.

PCM expects to see fluctuation. May want to check fuses for O2.

In the PDC. Should be a 'map' under the cover. If the fuse is good, fix/replace the relay. (swap it with another just for a test) see if that doesn't make a bunch of the codes go away. (reset PCM, drive it for a bit. see what happens.)

Checked the fuse ang it was good, the location of the o2 heater realy has no prongs to support a relay. Why would it give me a heater fail if it does not have a heater realy?

Because the o2's are no good, you have a bad connection to PCM or a wire is damaged. You should have 2 empty spots for o2 heater relays. My 2000 2500 has no relay's either.

The truck putters and bogs down in the first 1/4 of the throttle. After that it runs fine. Would the o2 sensors control this?

Who knows with all those codes, you have to replace(or fix) the most obvious things first.
