Put a reader on my 01 5.9 ram 1500, came up with 4 codes. P0141 o2 sens relay, P0138 1/2 shroted to voltage, P0132 1/1 shorted to voltage, P0463 1/3 stay at center.
Are the first 3 due to the fact the o2 relay is bad and the sensors not getting read?
P0146 stay at center, the fuel gauge is not working, but why a "stay at center?"
In the PDC. Should be a 'map' under the cover. If the fuse is good, fix/replace the relay. (swap it with another just for a test) see if that doesn't make a bunch of the codes go away. (reset PCM, drive it for a bit. see what happens.)
Checked the fuse ang it was good, the location of the o2 heater realy has no prongs to support a relay. Why would it give me a heater fail if it does not have a heater realy?

Because the o2's are no good, you have a bad connection to PCM or a wire is damaged. You should have 2 empty spots for o2 heater relays. My 2000 2500 has no relay's either.
