Chances are pretty good that replacing the Gov solenoid and pressure switch will cure the problem. Remove the Gov body and clean it also. And get one of these if you can .

Got that exact one on order...$52.00 with expedited shipping from ebay.... and I'm rebuilding the one I have in the truck now for a backup since its only got 9,000 miles on it.... these things are really unreliable it seems from all the threads I read today..

They have a pretty good selection of various new name brand 02 sensors for $20 shipped as well on ebay....you just have to wire the connector onto the end.

All the parts cost me about $150 F.Y.I. Thanks for all the help on this subject everyone

I pulled mine out today and refurbished the soleniod (Via dodgeforum thread on the procedure) because the replacement I ordered might not show until the day of my trip.... Come to find out two of those errors above point to the governor sensor and not the soleniod so its still doing the same thing... figures..I hope napa has one locally tomorrow..

FYI you will loose about 5.5 quarts of ATF+4 fluid after dropping the pan so its a good idea to replace that with fresh stuff.
