Default ABS light

Well, I was replacing my hub on the front right and wasn't able to finish it myself so I had the truck towed to my uncles work and he finished it today. He just called and said when he finished, and when he was taking it for a test drive the ABS light came on and the speedo wasn't working, any ideas?

Bring it back to your uncle and ask him what he screwed up.

Well, it's still at his work. He was just on the test drive when he saw it. So he said he'll look tomorrow, and I was just trying to get leads so he won't have to spend too much time.

Couple threads stumbled across, but have no idea if they are helpful. Just saw the thread titles...

If they help, then awesome. If not.... *shrug*

Thanks. the second link helped it was the, it was the sensor. But, it went because of the lift and putting the truck on a lift, it pulled the wires right out of the sensor itself. So replaced that and I'm all good.

yep and he used his scanner and changed the tire size to 275/75 16 instead of the stock 245/75 16. So it's more accurate, mire tires are 285/75 16 but 275 is the highest his scanner would let him go.

Actually yes, I was ended up replacing the hub itself, while taking the wheel off another stud just broke off, so I was down to 2 good ones. So I ended up just replacing the hub, which putting it on the lift caused this problem.
I went back in the forum today to find the thread I started about that problem and when it was so far back since the last update, I thought nevermind no one probably remembers. So thanks for asking.
