According to the write it says a bad PCV system can cause the same symptoms and allow a small amount of oil in the intake manifold. The drivers side valve cover that has the plug where the ventalation hose from the air box does have oil all over it.

I was told when i asked why awhile back that its because the PCV valve is bad. Which plug is the valve ? I have one on the passenger that goes directly to the manifold and another that goes from the airbox to the valve cover

My PCV was gray and on pass side (1999) went to intake manifold and the black elbow (with no valve) on driver side went to air box.

Pull one out and shake it. PCV should rattle. Also, it is a check valve and air can only go one way.

Ok so the other one is the breather valve then, because that one sucks air in. But also pushes air out i know, this one is on the drivers side.

I'll just buy a new PCV valve and replace my old one

Not sure there is one.... but, I do believe there is one in the works.

Get the plenum plate off Ebay, a member here sells them there for 50 bucks. Cheaper than hughes. Comes with the pan bolts. Still need to get gaskets, and intake bolts though. (no you can't re-use them.) It's not too bad of a job, cleaning everything up is what takes all the time. Oven cleaner reportedly works pretty good.
