Ok so i replaced PCV and mine was filthy and the weight was just jiggling around it is so it was broke i believe. I am replacing my IAC tomorrow and hopefully that will replace my trucks idling problems. I bought a filter and stuck it on the elbow on driver side and plugged off my CAI. I connected the PCV to the Intake. It ran fine for a couple minutes then when it was warmed up you couldn't rev it up because it would shut off.... Is this because the IAC inst working for the water pump being turned on??

the plastic hoses that go into the firewall on the passengar side broke on me when i was changing the spark plugs last week, now my truck runs like crap even though i did almost a full tune up minus aircleaner and the check engine light came on. also at about 45 to 50 mph the truck starts to shake unless i accelerate. is all this due to just those to "vaccumm lines?

At 45 MPH, the trans wants to hit fourth gear, and tcc locks. What you are feeling is most likely an engine miss. Recheck your plug wire routing, you wanna run them per the TSB in the faq section.

The vacuum leak isn't going to help that any either.

okay okay okay guys don't laugh but i found out that i was running on 6 and not 8 cylinders. when i was changing the plugs and wires number 3 and 6 got disconnected when i tried pulling off the last wire from the dist cap, i thought i plugged them all back in but appearantly i missed those two.... huge huge difference in power and pick up lol. though the truck hauled a full cord twice with minimal struggle. i'm so proud, first dodge i've owned and she ain't letting me down so far. i love serena
