Another BOSCH injector comparission where he raises the fuel pressure to 60psi and the injectors are not spraying any different or dribbling out fuel like you say they would. Whom ever told you this or where ever you read this is wrong. Flow matching injectors are a standard process when rebuilding them. You realy think an set of 8 injectors flow the same after 100k? Dont think so.

Bosch are pretty good... Siemens is the best.. ford motor sports are pretty decent.. any of those three are pretty consistent at different pressures and from injector to injector.. .. get into cheap brands, like accel, for instance, and there is no telling what they will do... You'd only know if you hooked them up and tested them..
Don't know the p/n of mine off the top of my head, but they are the FMS gen iii 4 hole ev6 22# deals.. got them from fiveo.. had to alter tune because of them.. once I got them dialed in, I didn't see anything that made it worth while to do it again..

The metal body accels were a mess when doing flow tests and ratings.. ckeamma used to hang around a bit, he and capt are the ones that schooled me.. ck had some serious concerns about accel metal bodies.. I had a set, but never used them after what he said.. I sent them back and got the fms's.. they are cheaper MUCH cheaper than Siemens.. a set of gen iii Siemens can run upwards of $800... The accels can be had for $150.. I think I paid $300 or so for the fms's...
Who's to say what though? You could have a set of metal body accels and be just fine, if they were flow rated and calibrated together..

Thanks for the info. I don't have the box at hand but I do remember reading about a matched set and something about a new version? I will look into it more later. I was shocked to see three holes instead of four in the new injectors.
You guys get parts sooo much cheaper than us!

Dont know where you read that from but it is not true false statement. ALL BOSCH DESIGN 3 injectors are disc and do not hang open like the chevy multecs do as shown in the two videos post as proof.
FYI FMS are ALL bosch which are the best anyone can get. If you dont have the actual part number of the injector you bought then how you know that there 22lb injectors? Taking or reading from the WWW doesnt mean there actually 22lb injector. In fact looking through my data FMS never made a 22lb injector so id say there 24's thus lol running rich.
