Wtf did my sct just fry my pcm?
I would start by visiting the SCT companies home page, you can send a email to one of the support tech and they should respond by the end of the day.
So is your truck cracking but not firing?
Do any of your gauges move when you turn the key to the on position?
Can you here your fuel pump kick on before you start the truck?
There are alot of reasons a 24valve won't start, have you checked all the fuses and relays, maybe even swap a few around (swap the horn and fuel pump)
If you could give us a little more info, it would help us help you.

Just finished installing the pcm from a 99 dodge 360, I had my doubts about it running right because of different threads ive been reading lately.
But it started right up, at first it reved alittle high but dropped back down with seconds. My first thought was that it sounded alot more throaty.
Took it for a test drive and I was impressed! Im used to the sct 93 octane tune, and it had nothing on this computer! I did notice there were no software update stickers on this computer,
So im probably gonna see if sct can reset my tuner so I can either flash this computer or sell it for some cash.
Oh and one more thing now I constantly have a seat belt light on, ive never had that light on, even when I didnt have a seat belt on... Oh well Ill probably just pull the bulb, I had to pull the high beam bulb when I installed the cluster cause it was always on, maybe cause the cluster is from a durango?

NOTE: I did a relay swap and my truck sounded more throaty (1996 5.2L, same thing with high revs)...maybe it was because the wrong relay was on the fuel relay.
Also, you do have to pay 150 bucks to have your SCT unlocked. You pretty much need to sell the SCT with the truck.
I think that you have a bad wire from your ODB port.
this happened to me.. yes it fryed my pcm i had to get a whole new one 380$ later! then i had to get the tuner unlocked to use with my new pcm thank god i had the reciet showing i had my pcm replaced so it was free from sct.. or it would of been like 150 to do that!
Not to be a jack wagon here, but 99dodge318, please EDIT your previous posts and add information if no one has replied yet, rather than posting three or four times in a row. Its actually a rule here on Dodge Forum (no double posting). I just went through and merged all your posts in this thread, and almost halved its length overall.

First off this thread is over 6 months old! I've already had the problem fixed by SCT tuning and have not had a problem since.
What happened was the plug that goes into the obd port wasn't fully seated and half way through the "re-tune" somehow lost contact.
Sorry for not going back a merging posts, I was just replying to each response as it was posted.
Before anyone else posts on this thread for a possible answer to help me, please read through the entire thread!
Thank you!
