vacuum leak @ hvac controls?

Ok so I took the vacumm harness off&its not a leak I hear its a sucking theres a black hose&its pulling vacuum none of the others are.Any ideas?

Ok does anyone know how to tell if the 'Im guessing its a actuator for the flap door'is bad If I push the lever by hand it will go to vents,Ive also noticed I have air blowing out@feet before I thought it was just dash,

Nobody has any ideas?Ive looked@all of the vac lines&they all seem fine.But the one I spoke of earlier sucks even when the control **** is in the off position.When I rev the motor it will suck harder.This is driving me nuts.

If you have insufficient vacuum, (like a leak at the control head would give you) the doors won't work right. Need to address that problem first. If it is the actual control that's leaking, you have to replace the whole thing. It isn't serviceable. (at least, not according to dodge....)

I dont think its the control itself like I said when I took the vacuum harness off the one line is constantly sucking.So if its on&I out it in the off position,the circulate or vents it will suck.If its on the defrost, dash or floor it works fine.I replaced tons of vacuum lines nada Im guessing it's the blend door actuator.but I have no idea how to check it.Id hate to take it to a shop for this .

I cant seem to find nothing on how to check the actuator for the blend door.
