Well my issue came back after almost 4 weeks of working fine...

Now it seems to be intermitent.. Coming and going when i mess with it.. It seems to go away completetly when i unplugg the battery for a few hours, but then it comes back after about 10-15 minutes of driving. I cant seem to get it to last the 3-4 weeks like it did before.

Mine always happens around 35-45mph depending on the throttle im giving it.. as you guys mentioned. When i let off the gas completetly i can feal the transmission shifting just fine into OD, so to me that means its probably the engine doing all this. Maybe a missfire but im not getting any codes ??

I did just found a chafed injector wire. #8 injector wrapped it in eletrical tape and it didnt help at all. I dunno

Im not sure what after 14 months would cause it to start working fine after i messed with my spark plug wires, but then randomly come back again, except this time it keeps coming and going. As i said unhooking the battery for a few hours seems to make it go away for a little bit but then it comes back.

Only thing unplugging the battery does is reset the PCM, but it doesnt affect the transmission as that needs to be reset by a dealership scanner.. So if im resetting the computer and the problem goes away but comes back after it learns again... Then what does that mean ?

I havent replaced the ignition coil or distributor yet due to funds. But when i start my new Job on the 9th and get my pay check im going to catch up on that stuff. Also my spark plugs were all fine, 1-8 had zero carbon on them, but i replaced them with stock LC12 champion copper plugs because i dont know how old those other ones were.. Plus the gaps on them were around 45 and 50 (stock gap on my Jeep 5.9 engine is 40) so i think they were worn out. However i decided to put in those autolight 3923's instead due to my pinging issue i get on occasion.. Since i put the cooler plugs in i havent had a single ping anymore. Its gone and the engine seems to like the autolights, but well see how the cooler plugs handle burning off carbon driving in the city on this engine.

OK I changed all the plugs , wires, cap ,rotor and is seems to run smooth ..the noise I was hearing I suspect is a leak in the header gasket behind #8 cylinder.
The plug that looked darker than the rest was #1 cylinder and it wasnt really fouled out just a touch of carbon with a tiny bit of white soot on the electrode were all tan and looked suprisinly good even though like 4 of them were literally backed out almost a 1/2".
the rotar looked like it was rubbing on the top of the old cap so I'm glad I changed it even though the shudder is still there....
Do you think a plugged cat could cause this? I dont have any reason to suspect the cat is bad (old magnaflow) but I recently jb putty welded a hold in one of the down pipes and I'm thinking that was a change in backpressure and such since everything worked right. my shudder only occurs AFTER the truck shifts to overdrive and only while in overdrive doing between 40-50 it seems to be less noticeable after I accelerate past 50.

I also found I had two different types of autolite plugs in the truck...
