Got your lifters yet?
Keeping an interested eye on your progress. I ended up using Meiling lifters and they have been flawless. How about having your truck sit for two weeks and have zero lifter bleed off!
I am running on the razors edge with my compression ratio..10.5. Here we can get 94 octane fuel here but watch out for any that is stale. I do slip in the odd bottle of boost if there is any (and I mean even a whiff) sign of rattle.
There is room, I believe, in my tune to slip in a slight upgrade in a cam with more duration to relieve compression if it comes to that. So far I have had to use octane boost very rarely.
Use a good coil and ignition system. Good luck with your build.
