Default need advice before i waste money

i was looking at buying this since its a good deal it seems like to me at least

http://skagit.craigslist.org/pts/2755657984.html

i have a Dana 60 and i have 30 spine so i'm guessing this will work fine

its USED.. but is there anyone of looking at it before i buy it to know its still in good shape and will work?

and as far as other parts my rear end is freshly rebuilt(under 7500 miles) what type of install kit will i need for it

(i have factory 4.10 gears and a weak limited slip)

i'm thinking about going and buying it tomorrow

The trac lock is the factory LSD for us 1/2 ton guys, not sure if it's the same name for the d60.

It's probably the same thing you have in there now. Why not just rebuild yours? I don't think you even need to remove the carrier.

I have a tracloc in my dodge. It is factory! You would be swapping out the same part!

Tracloc is NOT a locker. Just so you know.

What about putting it in the front axle? Don't the fronts have an open diff?

LSD in the front would defeat the purpose of the CAD. You would still be spinning everything up front, and I don't think the clutches would last long under such circumstances. Selectable locker is the way to go in front. Unfortunately, it's also the most expensive.
