Keep me updated. Id like to know how well they fit before I make my decision in the very distant future lok

So does that mean you don't have them aimed correctly? Or regardless of aim, people will still become dangerously blinded? Ergo are you a contributing hazard on the roadway....?

I like the cab lights, they look cool. How do you like the 8000K? Would you pick it again or would wou go less blue next time? I used the 4300K.

I liked my 6000Ks. Pure white with just a hint of blue

They are aligned straight and aimed correctly. They are just bright as **** haha, people flick they're high beams at me sometimes but hey, keep hatin' its only making me better. I do understand they can be a hazard though.

I love the look of cab lights. 8000k is perfect to me, I love how much visibility I can have with them. I'd use them again, they are so bright they look more white than blue in person actually, but it gives things the bright blue tintish look, which to me just looks badass haha.

So, in other words, you don't give a damn about the safety of others, let alone yourself. Correct?

the reason you get flashed it the housings are all wrong and deflect most of the brighter light instead of focusing it on the road...your setup is an example of why HID lights have such a bad rap... I get the feeling you know this already, I'm just mentioning it for others reading hoping they will have the brains to do it right. Which would be to use projectors or at least clear glass lenses and blue bulbs are just for show the light they put out is harder for our eyes to use.

Im doing the HID swap just for high beams and keeping it in the stock housing.... I actually just wanted something better for running around in the mountains.. I spent about 70 bucks on bulbs for my low beams which will be getting put in when the HID kit is installed.. Only reason im doing it for high beam only is cause well who in the hell uses their high beams at on coming traffic? 90% of my driving is on the backroads where you are lucky to see 2 or 3 cars so high beams are on pretty much all the time. I like the fact that i kept stock low beams so I dont become a hazard to oncoming traffic by blinding them with the HIDs. Just my 2 cents though

This was understood when I posted my query. Good of you to chime in and hope you continue to do so.

This is a sound rationalization.

I do care for the safety of myself and others. I just like the look of bright HID's. Sorry if it offends you or anyone else.

No need to be disrespectful. Very good point though, Projector housings will conceal the lighting better.
