Could also be your sway bar bushings have worn away, so every time you hit a bump it hiys your frame.

I just lifted my 98 ram 4x4 with 35in. tires as well and was reading along here and thought maybe i can get some good info. So far all i had done was the lift, i know i want/need duel steering stablizers. What else should i upgrade to avoid large problems? I expect the normal wear out items to wear faster. I have a lot of steering wheel play and a small rubbing sound coming from drivers front wheel during a mild speed turn. Outside of lift and radio replacement truck is stock.

i think i have the exact same thing going on as what you have, and i know its my control arms because my wheel bearings, tie rods, ball joints, pitman arm, and shocks are all new....and my bushings are dry cracked.....its only like $40 for a control arm with bushings from rockauto...replace all 4 for less than 200 bucks....not a bad deal Imo
