K, I looked through the FAQ. How do I know what gear I have?

Do I need 4.56? I was going to go with 4.10.

The 285's are basically 33" tires, and to keep engine rpm pretty much 'stock', 4.10 would be the way to go. 4.56 will bump RPM up 200 to 300 at 65 in O/D. Really not that much of a change as far as highway fuel economy goes. It would, however, give you MUCH more bottom end grunt just driving about town. Which is prolly where most of your driving takes place. And, if you wanted to go to 35" tires at some point, you wouldn't have to worry abut re-gearing, again.....

My take on it is: The 4.56 gears will make it a more capable truck off-road, and around town, and you just aren't going to find a better price for what all you are getting. The posi alone is worth the 500 bucks.
