For vacuum leaks, pass propane across the vac lines and listen for idle change. If the engine revs or bogs down, there's a leak.

You said at stops and slow downs it tries to stall. If you can try the line from the booster just plug it up and try it out. Like mentioned (newman) propane can give away most vacuum leaks.

Freezing this morning so warmed truck up. Couple more observations, has glass pack exhausts and swore I could hear intermittent pop sound of a leak also faint gas smell.

Well I believe 12 is something with the cam I know that since I read that up on my own it was retarded timing or somethin like that. As for the 37 I have no clue but check in the DIY they have the codes there in order.

Here's the code list, read Note#1 at the bottom. http://dodgeram.info/Engine-Gas/OBDI/pcm_fault_code.htm Try resetting the PCM first. If you don't have the temp sensor, don't worry about the code. If you have the temp sensor replace it. Remove the negative battery cable before replacing the sensor.

Default stalling still

To summise she was stalling in turns at low revs and in reverse. I have cleaned throttle body, replaced aic sensor, replaced tps sensor, new plugs, oil, filter, air filter, new water pump, power steer lines, 93 octane. Still hunts rpms at low revs BUT still stalls in reverse when putting slightly on gas...
