Not going to bother to read that whole mess. Plenum fixed and still misfire on 5.

1. Plug wires to 7 and five touching or arching. Route them far away from each other, snake number 5 over the valve cover under the PCV.

2. PCV valve bad. If you just have to know if oil is coming from this spot, make a catch can out of some tubing and an air compressor separator and find out.

3. Excessive oil consumption gas led to carbon buildup on valves. 2 cans of Mopar combustion chamber cleaner. Drive for a half hour, park truck, remove air cleaner assembly start truck, spray MCCC thru Tb blades, finish can, kill engine, soak for 2 hours.

Restart truck, let it idle enough to get into closed loop, romp on pedal a couple of times to check for smoke before you take it on the street, hit the streets and do 5 WOT runs for a minimum of 9 seconds.

Repeat process with second can.

4. Loose #5 injector connection.

5. Dirty #5 injector, try techron concentrate+ on a 1/4 tank, out pull injector and clean in sonic jewelry cleaner with the techron.

6. Head crack at the valve seat, replace head.

7. Valve seals gone, replace.

8. Valve seat damaged, verify with leak down test.

9. Rings gone, rebuild time.
