Right, that's what i meant, like right now, my 315/75/16's rub in full lock with stock rims, i do not want this again. Im thinking 3.5 backspacing, i think my stock rims are 4'', my brother has a jig to see if the 37's will rub, guess ill use it.

Just an update fellas. My effort to score a cheap zf5 on CL ($400 for trans and tcase) fell through, so im looking at different options, and thinking a nv4500 would be a hell of alot easier to use stock tcase. Anyone know of a website/fab shop that i could email and get some prices on a custom bellhousing/adapter to mate my 4bd1t with a nv4500?
wish i had more progress to report, im stuck 200 miles from home couped up in a hotel with a laptop and wifi, researching and buying parts.. oh right and working.. (damn boss would rather buy me a hotel then pay for my gas)
On the bright side my new rims have been sitting on the side of my house.. because i havnt been home to put them inside

Update for this build... Its been a very long time, the parts are collecting dust (life stuff, ya know..)
The dana 60/70 are fully ready to be dropped in, just need to put the pinions in, stock shafts, spicer hubs, hawk superduty pads, xrf balljoints, the works..
I've decided to go with a zf5 rather than the nv4500, trying to source an nv4500 is hell in my area. zf and new tcase are being sourced
H1 rims are in
5'' suspension lift is installed to accomodate the 37's
Still need to figure out the clutch situation and the adapter to mate the zf5 to the 4bd1t
Also had some work done to the 4bd1t pump
forgot to add, build is being pushed up because my 318 is on the verge of death... 20psi running 50w oil, poor ole girl

Probably gonna source one off CL, or there's a guy a few miles from my house that works on 99+ super duties, has a stack of transmissions.
