yea i've tried pb blaster but i cant really get behind and shoot it cause of the firewall. its driving my crazy cause thats the last one left to complete my job. any other ideas maybe i hope so

can i unplug and plug back in the three cables under the hood

You don't need to do that. You are using the wrong tool or the right tool and doing it wrong. As far as the PCM harness goes. If you think removing them will help. Disconnect the negative battery cable before removing them.
