Well after staying up all night and redoing everything the truck is still doing it. If you can get it running well enough to pull itself out of a parking spot it runs great except for a misfire. Otherwise 9 times out of 10 it will idle really low and want to die as soon as you tip into the gas, or you can have her wide open and it will only sit at a normal idle

Check and see if you crimped any wires under the manifold in back when you put it in.

Well I've checked and double checked everything today, starting fluid had no effect when sprayed anywhere on or around the intake so I'm doubting vacuum leak. Checked all the wiring to and around the intake and nothing is pinched crimped or disconnected.

In my search I decided to put the headers and y-pipe on, cat was clogged but the swap didn't help at all. I did find a white vacuum line running down the back of the motor that is held together by electrical tape and a green vacuum that has a check valve but nothing above the check valve.

I just bought this truck about 3 weeks ago, if Id have known it would be such a pain to fix simple things I'd have never bought it and kept looking

White line is vacuum source for the front axle. Green line is vent line, and just has a filter feller on the end. That one is fine.

Are you getting spark?

When I installed mine I broke a vac line on the passenger side , it plastic has 3 connections . Also did you use the plastic bypass hose for the fuel ? I couldn't get it on correctly so I bought a new hose . Other than that I would make sure your injector sensors are connected and injectors are fully in

Don't feel bad, I still haven't figured out the multiquote thing. I've tried, never seem to get anywhere.....Maybe it's just too advanced for the southern folk

It's the button right next to the quote button. (to the right) When you click on it, the little green + turns to a red -. Select the posts you want to multiquote, then hit the New Reply button.
