I don't think that is the price for a complete kit, way to cheap. The guild plates are for adjustable rocker's only.

This is what Mopar's adjustable roller rockers kit looks like, you can see the guild plates and the studs for mounting the rockers on.

On a side note from HS website:

Special Notes: non-Adjustable
* Harland Sharp original series, pedestal mount, Dodge 5.2/5.9 Magnum V8, roller rockers are designed to be a replacement for the factory rocker that fits under the stock valve cover.
* Simply remove the factory rockers and rocker stands and replace with your new Harland Sharp roller rockers. We recommend always checking for head & valve cover clearance and proper lifter preload.
* The non-adjustable rockers are designed to the factory specs. If you change camshafts or machine the heads, you will have to correct your pushrod length. Always check before installing. We recommend them only to be used for serious racing applications.

Since my motor is like 210,000 miles do you guys suggest replacing the pushrods, and springs?? The motor is running great so I don't see the need, but it might be good while im in there. If so anyone know where a good kit can be found for our 5.2L v8 Magnum 318 motor? Ive been looking on summit racing but no luck.

So I need:
(16) 1.7 HS RR 16=$360
(16) Magnum Push Rods 16=$50
(16) Magnum Valve Springs 10.95x16=$175.20
(16) Magnum Valve Retainers 16x$9.95=$159.20
(16) Valve Keepers 2x19.95= $39.50

Total: $783.90!!

D@mn!

Last time I opened up my Valve covers, they looked good, so I'm not sure if I should go about replacing everything while I am doing the roller rockers, or just do the roller rockers have have some push rods on hand just encase the top worn.

I know valves aren't good things to push and test because they can cost you a lot in a hurry but since the rockers are designed for stock use and the motor doesn't spin all that fast does anybody really think that springs and stuff should be rplaced for this mod?

Laramie:
Don't put that kind of money into that high mileage motor. Slap the 1.7's in there(if you want), and be prepared to be throwing another motor in the general direction of your driveway in the near future.

Thanks for your input, thats what I was thinking. I want to do the HS 1.7 as a project + to help out the engine a little with less friction. I dont want to spend 800$ when a new crate engine is 1,500$. If i get the new engine in the near future, I can get one that is not dressed up, and use all my new parts including the 1.7 RR's. Was hoping to save up and get a Ramzilla Transmission and a new crate engine at the same time . I was thinking to spend the 50$ on push rods and maybe change those out if I see that any the the tops are worn out. That wouldn't be too excessive.
