Default 95 Laramie Restoration

Im new to the forum and am in the process of trying to restore my (left to me by my dad) truck. Its got 240,000 miles on the original engine, and just a bit of rust showing through. Before I begin stripping it down Im trying to make sure I have a line on all the parts. Right now I'm trying to find a source for the drivers seat. Its torn open (material and foam) in a 12 inch gash front to back. I've seen a few threads about repairs, but not sure if this ones too far gone. Thanks for any help!

You could check out the junk yards in your area for a replacement seat.

Thanks for the link, made for some excellent reading. I'm going to take the body right off of mine. Just need to finish putting the clutch in my Model A so I have the open bay I'm going to check the local salvage yard Monday for a seat, maybe see if the local upholstery shop can repair it.

My driver seat is bad also. I willbe hitting up an area JY (60 miles away). It mayu take some looking to find a good one due to age of vehicle, but should be pretty cheap if you can find it.

There is a guy on e-bay that repairs Ram Seats for about $125.
