Default Fog lights

Alright I got a 99ram 5.2L sport. The fog lights(?) - The ones under the headlights on the sports front "bumper"- will not turn on, I've replaced the fuse under the hood as well as the relay and one of the bulbs to try and get it to work but I haven't solved my issue. Any ideas?

- Could one bad bulb keep a good bulb from working on the other side?

Update
Tried both switching out both at once no change. Also tried with the brights on got nothing. (brights do work) There is a little hard to see light icon on the bottom left side of the light dial, is that supposed to light up? Doesn't when I pull the switch out for the brights.

Are your brites on? If you only have one relay for the fog lights try useing jumper wire from pin 30 to 87 to see if that works.

jumper wire? The brights work but it doesn't change anything. the brights are on a separate switch, where as the brights are on the multiswitch. Also doubt they are required for my fog lights on the bottom to be on.

Well the problem with that is, I wouldn't want the lights on my bumper on with the high beams or i would just use the highbeams. Got pulled over for the highbeams. Normal headlights are just crap and I can't see with'm.

Jump the relay to see if the bulbs work, you dont have to leave it that way.
This way you eliminate the bulbs and all wiring from relay to the fog lights.
