mine did that to!! changed both sensors RUNS LIKE A CHAMP AGAIN!!!!

Changed both sensors on my 318 and it RUNS LIKE A CHAMP AGAIN!!!!

You replaced both? I bought a new tps and cleaned the IAC and NO CHANGE!!!!! I dont get it! am i supposed to disconnect the battery to reset it or something cuz now its not even staying running again

Yes, you have to disconnect the battery to reset the pcm, so it can learn the base values for the new parts.

Still hasnt fixed it i dont understand! lol idk what else to do and it still keeps stalling every time new iac? i already replaced the tps and no change

Start it up, keep it idling with your right foot for a couple minutes, then see if it will idle on its own.

If cleaning the IAC doesn't help....test it per service manual and see if it is good. There can be one of tow (or two of two) problems. It can be dirty, it can be broken, or it could be both!

Fixed the problem now it runs great! replaced the IAC and the TPS even though i dont think the tps needed replaced but i did anyway but put on the iac and runs great now 1st start good to go
