I will try to read your mind, since the post is kinda vague. Your looking to lift the truck? A set of shocks set to the amount of lift in the truck would be recommended. IF you get the stock ones to bolt up after the lift, you will blow them out shortly after the first hard bump in the road or off road session. Brake lines may or may not be an issue( i am thinking not with the amount of lift). You mentioned you recently had an alignment done? If you don't mess with any of the steering, you should be ok. But have you considered the track bar angle? You may need to make an adjustment to that to keep proper steering. I just used up my mind reading powers for today. A little more information goes a long way, there is ALOT of very knowledgeable people here. But we can't help you if you don't help us.

If your selection criteria for shocks (and other parts) is "cheap" you may want to rethink. Cheapest is seldom the best, as far a safety, longevity, and reliability.
My personal opinion - if you are going to spend money on a non-essential mod (like lift components) and go cheap of saftey compnents like shocks, the process is flawed and backwards. Keep critical parts and use the best you can afford and hold off on non essential mods.
