Default Flowmaster vs magnaflow duals 5.9L

Last year i had a single 3" exaust from the stock y pipe back straight into a flowmaster 40, however im not liking the sound as it sounds too tinny, not loud enough and doesn't have enough tone. Is this because i still have the stock Y?

I want it LOUD but not to sound like a farm
tractor, i was going to weld in a cherrybomb glasspack in place of the
flowmaster but what would this sound like compared to True dual exaust 2.5" pipe from the manifolds back into two 14" round body magnaflows?

My application is a 360 5.9 EFI

Also should i take a side exit or to the back or dumped before axle, which louder in an SUV?

I have the true 2.25" dual exhaust exiting in front of my rear wheels with super 44 mufflers, I like the sound they make over my old glass packs.
