Default Lockers and gears

Im going to put lockers and gears in my truck this summer. 97 ram 1500 318 5 speed, currently has 3.55 and open diffs. I do a lot of running around town but also a lot of hauling and off road. Im going to be running 305/70/16 tires.

I think im going to do 4.10s. I found the ring and pinion for the rear end but not for the front. I can only find 4.09 or 4.11 for the dana 44. Will it work with the 4.09 front?http://www.justdifferentials.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=22_32_95
This is where i am going to order from.

For the lockers i think i am going to do a powertrax no slip positrac in the back and a straight powertrax locker in the front. The link before is the same place for the lockers as well.

What do you think?

What I think is this: you'll regret not doing 4.56:1's... And Helz no you can't mix or match gears, no matter how close they are, just like running two diameter tires in four wheel drive will rip a gear box apart, the gears will do it more effectively and pretty dang quick.

You will be fine with the 4.11s. Talked with the guy who did my gears and he mentioned that they are pretty much identical and will not cause any problems

The 4.10 in the rear will be fine. And a 4.11 in the front. No issues there. They are practically identical

I would go with this piece of advice, transfer cases ain't cheap and when you break it you have to replace it and defeat your truck again.... Maybe look into stepping up your gears to find ones that match. You could always put taller tires if you think your rpms are too high...
