Whats the formula you would use to find your rpm at 60 mph? Running down the highway in 5th gear at 60 i am at about 1650 or 1700 now. What would i be with the 4.10 vs 4.56?

I had that Powertrax locker in my truck with 3.55's and 35's for almost a year before it grenaded in my diff, now I'm up to 4.56's with a Detroit Locker in the rear and couldn't be happier!

This is my current setup minus the locker, but add 5,000 elevation. Lol I fight to keep up with traffic in mine with the added weight of ford parts in the bed

Ive been reading reviews on the no slip locker and they seem to be pretty good. Do you think its because of the high gears and big tires that it came apart in FireDodges truck?

He didn't say what came apart...

I dislike mine, so much so that I took it apart and removed the parts that make it a "No-Slip" so it acts like a typical locker and like it much better that way, but everyone says I'm crazy.

The little pins/springs that hold the middle two pieces together broke along with the holes that they were in also broke apart so the pins wouldn't even stay in.

when the locker is activated yes.... you dont want a locker activated on the street. and posi of LSD as the stock version is coined by dodge has advantages on the street for traction...
