I'm coming from the Durango section but owned tons of rams. If your gonna drive on the street I do not recommend a locker in the front, or if your gonna do a lot of turning in 4x4 (my winters are bad in NW Indiana sometimes so that's where a lot of turning comes into play). If your only going 33s you probably won't hit any mudholes that will make you need the front locker. Just my opinion on that...

Go with 4.56 gears. I had a 97 ext cab 5.9 4x4 running 33s and 4.56s and it was a beast, I could be pulling my circle track car on a 22 ft trailer that's all steel with 2 extra sets of tires and the tool box full of tools and still race Hondas and pull on em lol.
