Alright, and which should I purchase first? The SCT 9550 or those rockers?

Make sure the engine is in good running condition before you do either. Fix the plenum, make sure all maintenance is up to date.... and all parts are in good condition. (tune up stuff.) Once the engine is runnin' good...... either one would be a good choice. Doesn't really matter the order. SCT will compliment any other mods you do in any event.

From what I've been looking at, the plenum's alright, but I'll definitely get that Hughes plate. The only thing off with the truck are the lower ball joints need to be replaced, the front bearings need to be repacked, and I need a new A/C compressor because mine seized up. All work I can do myself haha

Oh, and I need to repaint the gray stripe on my truck as well, but again, work I can do myself.
