Anybody have any Feedback on this intake.....

It all fits. I just got done doing it a few weeks ago and you don't need to modify anything. I bought felpro gaskets but the viktor heinz that come with it are ok. I have a bunch of pics of tear down and install if anyone is interested as well as a few tips and tricks that might make it easier.

Will do. It would make it easier for the next guy for sure, and on our trucks that can be a life saver.
