Default 360 Bearings- Where to get 'em

Hello again guys,

Anybody have good luck with certain companies or websites they'd like to share?

So far I've found a couple sites- this one looking the best so far. I'd like to avoid Ebay, but I guess it might not be all thar bad?

http://www.westendengineparts.com/content/rodmaincam-engine-bearings-dodgechryslerplymouth-59-360-magnum-wd-series-trucksdakotadurango
Any good "mopar" sites to order from?
I also like what I see on Summit Racing too

And is there a way I can order the correct size before I drop the pan? I'd like to bust it all out in one day by having all the parts I need with me on the first day

Thanks Again, everyone here has been very helpful in my past threads

Get clevite bearings from either Summit, or Jegs. Get standard size. the bearings are what wears.... the crank journals should still be pretty close to original. Unless you have some bearing knock.... in which case, all bets are off.

http://www.jegs.com/i/Clevite/695/CB1512M/10002/-1 these are the rod bearings I need correct?
http://www.jegs.com/i/Clevite/695/MS1266P/10002/-1 main bearings

Should I just order cam bearings for this oil pressure issue Im having too(loses pressure when at operating temp and low rpm, changed oil pump and oil weight)

Or are they less likely to be the culprit? Either way should I measure their thickness anyway?

Rods

Mains

You picked for the wrong engine.

Cam bearings are a right pain in the keester to change. Need the special tool, and need to pull the motor to get the rear-most bearing..... I would try just doing these first, and see if it doesn't solve the issue.

If you are going to pull the motor in any event..... I would also look at doing rings.

Rock Auto sells Clevite/Sealed Power bearings. Plus you can use one of the discount codes from the thread in the 2nd gen General Discussion area.

Ha ha my bad, I got them ordered from Jegs- I didn't know there was a discount opportunity in the discussion area, damn...

I did it over the phone to make sure I didn't mess it up.

I ordered main bearings and rod bearings with $7 worth of plastigauge.

Ended up being $171 with shipping

Anything else I need? I am going to grab some parts cleaner and clean up the inside of the pan a little better than just wiping it down

I still have all my basic tools, jack stands, rags, lighting, etc

For the bearings, you need a GOOD QUALITY torque wrench.....

Harbor Freight?

I have an in/lb thats not too old from harbor freight... I adjusted my 48re bands and changed the pressure selenoid/transducer with it with great luck

I would still like to see how close it actually is though.

I also take good care of it. stays in a case and always returned to zero
