....From a quality brand like Denso or Delphi ($200 @ RockAuto.com), and not Airtex.

Oops, just got an Airtex. I didn't know. I can take it back though. I'll get one from Rock. Thanks for the info.

Fuel pump and rollover valve ended up fixing my long start issue. Still has a rough idle, though. Possibly even worse than before. Runs great above idle. Lots of power. I'll try to figure out idle issue later. Thanks for all the suggestions guys. -Out

2Weelz, Did the fuel pump fix the start up and die? I have this issue. It was really bad in the fall, changed my battery as I suspected my PCM was forgetting the idle setting and it went away. Just came back now. Not conistent. I went to drive my truck today and it started and died. It had been sitting for a week. Checked my Batt and it was 12.2V. Not sure what the voltage needs to be before the PCM forgets the idle point.

Another thing it will do is if I start it up and let it run after about 2-5mins it will start to sputter and die. If I start up , give it gas for 10 seconds then it is good. Sound familar? So your start up and die is gone?
