So I have these dyno results...
The other day I decided to do a few pulls on my buddy's dyno, the following occurred.
1). I learn't my truck does not make anywhere near what I thought it should
2). A lot of people lied to me and said I should be making around 260rwhp stock
3). I cried a little knowing his ls1 makes almost triple my 318
For the record, peak hp/tq=169/217, both peak at around 4.1Krpm.
Sorry for the bubble burst guys :/

I think the manufacturers ratings are flywheel numbers. But, there is apparently some pretty serious loss thru the driveline. How many miles on your truck, and what gears do you have with your 35 inch tires?
3.55 gears, but a dyno doesn't care about gearing or tire size. Oh and 145k, plenum is good, and its keggered, and a fairly free flowing exhaust

That's very true. However, with the lower gears, the drive train will absorb less of what the engine is making trying to turn those big heavy meats. Changing gears isn't going to increase flywheel numbers. Nope. Not at all, but, it will most certainly affect power making it to the ground.

It will help, a lot. Trust us.

And who told you it should make 260? It doesn't even make that at the flywheel.
Looks normal to me. The 5.9 typically makes 190 to the wheels, the 5.2 has about 20HP less, so.....
Lol who told you it would make 260 rwhp? It's not that bad actually. My 94 mustang gt with a 5.0 and bolt ons only put around 190 at the wheels through a 5 spd. Gears won't give you much of a # increase but it will be a night a day difference with acceleration and will probably pick up a little MPG as well.
