It has shut off at Idel (Rolling to stop), when driving (low RPM's under 1500), and when attempting to give it gas from a dead stop.

I am starting to think of Vacum leak, but kinda lost as to were to begin looking other then the ones that stand out and none appear to be dry or damaged.

Replaced: IAC, TPS, Relays, Plugs, Wires, Cap, Rotor, PCM (Barrowed from a friends), Battery.
Cleaned grounds in the engine area.

Thinking about going to pickup a new Oil Sensor, and Crankshaft Sensor

Oil pressure sensor won't have anything to do with it. Possibly cam, or crank sensor though.

I use Chem B-12 spray to clean my Throttle body and PCV valve. My truck had no power and idled so rough it should have stalled.... But I run Plat+4 plugs and Syntec Full Synthetic oil.

I also sprayed about half the can directly into the gas tank. After about 2 days... I was back to normal.

PVC valve, Throttle postioning sensor, breather hose, and Full injectors much all be cleaned. B-12 Chem tool fix it all. : )

I been a mechanic for over 25 years. This is normal for Dodge trucks at this age. It just a build up of grim... covering up the Throttle position Sensor.. So when you press the gas...It thinks you are not...So you cause to much air to fuel mixture...Leaning out the engine and stalling it out. Ping is a sign of running too lean...(it causes hotspots to ignite fuel permaturely). Hope this puts some light on the subject.

Grime on the TPS? I think you are referring to the IAC, no ? Ad pinging is more of a sign that the lower intake gasket is blown, and the cat,o2's and spark plugs are fouled with oil.
