what are the torque specs on a 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 oil pump and oil pan?

Might wanna grab the service manual from the DIY section. I would tell you what they are for '01, wouldn't think it would be different, but I don't seem to have the FSM on my laptop....

Alright, you didn't say what motor so I looked up the 5.2L for '01, I would think it would be the same:

Oil Pan: 215 Inch Lbs.
Oil Pump Mounting Bolts: 30Ft Lbs.
Oil Pump Cover: 95 Inch Lbs.

Oil pan bolts: 215 inch pounds.
Oil Pump bolts: 30 foot pounds.

Edit: Ninjaed by Stewie. Same for the 5.9.
