1998 ram wont start

Need a fuel pressure tester for sure. Just because you hear the pump running, does not mean it's pumping fuel.

Default still wont start

i have a 1998 dodge ram1500 4x4 and it wont start,,truck ran fine parked it and wont start now,asked a week ago and chged camshaft sensor,checked all fuses several times,,chged fuel pump about six months ago,,can hear the fuel pump kick on and off,sprayed starting fluid and it wont do nothing, not a cough,,fuel gauge is buried beneath the e ,knew i had half a tank but dumped5 gals in anyways gauge didnt move,,looks like volt gauge isnt moving either,,,pulled coil wire off this morning and looks like no spark there,,,thanks for your help

Can you plug a scanner into the diagnostic port, and get a connection?

BAd wire or defective fuel pump maybe? Or even clogged cat.

checked pcm on a buddys truck and his started right up

changed cat last fall,can hear fuel pump kick on and off wirh ign turn,,,tried starting fluid and it wont even cough
