There are some out there on the web, for right around 2 bills. Or, I have heard tell of folks doing their own with a locking throttle cable from NAPA...... Might even be a DIY out there somewhere for it.

yep, that's what they do best.
if you want to fix it, its pretty simple inside. PB Blaster the 4 little break-prone bolts for several days. put a catch pan under the cad and remove it. about a cup or less of gear oil will drain out. take the cad to the work bench for repair. note the orientation of the bend in the fork!!! rig up a vac source to the ports and test it. if it doesn't slide the fork back and forth - that's your problem. remove the e-clips and inspect/clean the sticky-prone shaft. get it working on the bench, then re-install. remove the old gasket and reseal with RTV.
after you fix it a couple of times and get tired of working on it, get a posilok cable.
