Default Out of gas, so the truck says..

Im loosing my mind. I JUST got this truck back on the road yesterday.. ran perfectly great, Today, it WILL NOT START. It cranks like mad, like its out of gas? My guage says its empty.. So I put five gallons in it. Guage STILL says its empty, and it will not start. I sprayed carb cleaner in the intake, and STILL nothing.. This has to be electrical.. What am I looking for? This sucker is about to go back on the market!!

Does the fuel pump prime when you first turn the key?

I dont believe it does. I initially turned the key three times just to get gas back in the lines (Since I THOUGHT I was out) and didnt hear it make the usually hum. I know there is a relay I am going to swap out and see.. And some suggest tapping on the gas tank to get the fuel pump unstuck, but I just dont think thats it. It ran perfect up till this morning, and my guage said I had gas last night, but today, even after 5 gallons says I am absolutely empty.

Swap relays first, Test fuel pressure with a gauge.

No bus errors. Check all fuses for PCM.
