Gauge face install

The needles do just pop off but they need to be pryed carefully from the bottom as close to the shaft as possible. Also, it's best to remove them with the engine cold and everything off. Mark their position because even though they are electronic cycle gauges the readings can be off later if you get them put back on in the wrong alignment.
Accessing the gauge pod is easy. Remove the dash face. Unscrew the gauge pod, unplug it, open it up, remove needles, replace face, and put back together.
Some after market faces do not have all the same color filters as the stock face. All the bulbs behind the face are standard incandescent bulbs. If you like a specific color filter for a specific light, cut it out and tape it to the back of the new face to retain the filter color for that light.
